From Washington, DC and points North:
Take I-395 or I-495 to Springfield and continue on I-95 South to the Prince William Parkway/VA-3000 N exit #158B (towards Manassas). Follow the Parkway to a right onto Caton Hill Road. Follow for less than a mile. Catons Crossing will be on the right.

From Dulles Airport:
From the Dulles Airport Access Road, take the VA-28 exit 9A toward US-50/Centreville/
Manassas and proceed for approx. 14.8 miles. Turn left onto Liberia Avenue and proceed for 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Prince William Parkway/VA-3000 S (Shopping Center with McDonald’s) and proceed for approx. 10.7 miles. Follow the Parkway to Minnieville Road and turn left. (Applebee’s is on the corner) Turn right onto Caton Hill Road. (WaWa is on the corner) Catons Crossing will be on the left, across from the Virginia DMV.

From Centreville, Manassas and points West:
Follow Route 28 to Liberia Avenue and turn left. Turn left onto Prince William Parkway/VA-3000 S (Shopping Center with McDonald’s) and proceed for approx. 10.7 miles. Follow the Parkway to Minnieville Road and turn left. (Applebee’s is on the corner) Turn right onto Caton Hill Road. (WaWa is on the corner) Catons Crossing will be on the left, across from the Virginia DMV.
